Pork With Grapes Sauce And Fried Potato

Cut the pork medium size. Season the pork with salt and ground black pepper. Place on the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until edges are crispy and browned, adding extra oil as needed. Remove the browned pork bites from the skillet and set aside.
Wash the potatoes properly and then peel them. Chop them into pieces. Heat oil in a pan over a medium flame. Cook in medium flame, sautéing often until the potatoes are well cooked and crispy.
Place the grapes to the pan and cook until lightly browned, about 3 minutes. Add the sugar and cook, stirring, until the sugar dissolves, about 1 minute.
