Boiled Cheese With Mint
- Cheese – 800 g
- Milk – 1.5 l
- Mint – 1
Before begin cooking, chop the mint.
Take milk and place on heat. Before it boils cut the cheese thinly and put it in. Let it stand for 5 minutes until it stretches, then take it out and knead it with mint.
Make balls and serve with Saur cream.
