Fried Mushroom With Sour Cream and Vegetables

Ingredients for mushroom with sour cream:

  • Mushroom
  • Sour cream
  • Milk
  • Coriander
  • Garlic
  • Oil
  • Salt

Preparation:

Take all ingredients and get ready for cooking. Cut the mushroom half and heat the pan. Place oil and butter on it.

 

After the pan gets hot add the mushroom on it and cook until it gets golden.

Remove fried mushroom on the plate and continue cooking on pan.
Add milk and sour cream, after it boils add chopped garlic and coriander.

Ingredients for Salad:

  • Salad leaves
  • Red pepper
  • Peas
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Parsley 
  • Dill 

 

Cut all vegetables and leaves, add peas, salt, oil and mix.
