Okroshka Recipe: Russian Summer Soup Ingredients:Boiled potatoes – 2 pcs.Boiled eggs – 2 pcs.Cucumber – 1-2 pcs.Smoked sausage – 100 gBoiled pork – 60 gSour cream – 200 gMustard – 1 tbsp. spoonSalt to tasteDill – bunchKvass – to taste Instruction: Cut the smoked sausage into cubes into a deep bowl. Cut the pre-cooked piece of pork into slices for the sausage. Chop the cucumbers into small cubes. Add chopped eggs. Cut the potatoes into cubes, add to the total mass. Chop the dill smaller and send to the pan. Season with sour cream, add mustard and salt to taste.Mix all the ingredients together.
