Cottage Cheese cake With Berries
- 4 eggs
- 40g of corn starch;
- 450g of low-fat cottage cheese;
- 100ml of milk;
- Berries of your choice
Transfer cottage cheese to one bowl, add sweetener, eggs and milk. Mix everything carefully, preferably with a blender, until smooth.
Prepare a baking dish. In this case, its diameter is 20 cm. Grease the bottom with olive or butter. Pour the dough here. Pour berries on top to taste. Heat the oven 180 degrees. Bake for about an hour. To be sure that it is ready, check with a toothpick.
