- 1 lb salmon fillet
- 2 tsp butter
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste
- Lemon slices
Preheat the oven to 450F.
- Brush your fillet with olive oil
- Season it will salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle garlic on top.
- Squeeze lemon juice on top.
- Bake for 15 min or until it is baked thru .
