The Key Ingredients for Perfect Beef Tartare |
Ingredients:
- 600g of grass-fed filet mignon (or another great quality piece. Ask your butcher if needed.)
- 2 thinly chopped French shallots
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp. chopped capers
- 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 puréed garlic cloves
- hot sauce
- salt and pepper
- 4 egg yolks
Instructions:
1. Chop the meat in tiny pieces with a very sharp knife.
