Beef Steak With Vegetables And Plum
- Beef 200g
- Butter 60g
- Zucchini 50g
- Red and green pepper 50g
- Plum 50g
- Onion 50gr
- Soy sauce
- According to taste salt and pepper
Heat the gas and put grill on it.
Dry the meat with paper towel and add salt pepper and balsamic vinegar, keep it for marinating. Meanwhile prepare the vegetables.
Cut all the vegetables into medium sized chunks, put on grill and continue cooking.
Place plum on grill for about 5 minutes, or until slightly tender.
Put butter on heated grill and add the steak, don’t move for a minute, once it’s crusty and brown on one side, and flip it over.
Add Soy sauce.
Take it off the heat and wait for 4/5 minutes before slicing it. This help in absorbing the juice back into the meat.
Serve with vegetables
