BBQ Grilled Beef, Veggies, and Plum
For a delightful BBQ experience, try this grilled beef with a vegetable recipe from Gunter Wilhelm. The combination of tender beef, fresh vegetables, and a flavorful marinade makes this dish perfect for outdoor cooking.
Ingredients:
Beef 200g
Butter 60g
Zucchini 50g
Red and green pepper 50g
Plum 50g
Onion 50g
Soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Prepare the Meat:
Using the Carving Knife, cut the beef into portions. This knife is great for carving up beef, poultry, or pork for family dinners.
Dry the beef with a paper towel, then season with salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar. Let it marinate.
Prepare the Vegetables:
Using the Santoku Knife, cut zucchini, peppers, plum, and onion into medium chunks. The Santoku Knife is perfect for precise chopping, dicing, and slicing of vegetables and fruits, making your prep work easy and efficient.
Grill:
Heat the grill, then cook the vegetables and plums until tender.
Add butter to the grill and sear the steak until crusty and brown on one side.
Flip and Flavor:
Flip the steak, add soy sauce, and cook until done. The soy sauce enhances the flavor, creating a savory, caramelized crust.
Rest and Serve:
Let the steak rest for 4-5 minutes, then slice with the Carving Knife, an excellent knife for cooked cuts of meat.
Serve with the beautifully grilled vegetables and enjoy!
