- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 4 chicken breast pieces (boneless and skinless)
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasonings dried herbs
Stir mayonnaise, cheese, and Italian seasonings together in a small bowl.
Pound the larger side of each chicken breast so that the chicken is more uniform in size.
Place chicken pieces onto a baking sheet. Foil can be used for easier cleanup spoon and spread mayonnaise mixture onto chicken.
Bake chicken for 20 minutes or until it is no longer pink inside.
