Thanksgiving Meal – Turkey Meatloaf Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2lb-2.5lb of ground turkey meat
- 1/2 of big onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 1/3 cup of all purpose flour
- Bunch of fresh green parsley
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Paprika to taste
- Salt to taste
- Shredded mozzarella
- 1 tbsp of plain white bread crumbs
- Butter
Smear rectangular baking form with butter thoroughly, then dust it with bread crumbs:
Move ground turkey to a big mixing bowl, peel garlic cloves and press them to the bowl with meat:
Peel and chop half of big onion (I used hand blender, but grater or food processor will work as well):
Season with paprika, ground black pepper and salt to taste:
And add a third of cup of flour:
Arrange mince in a baking pan. Warm up oven till 385F:
Put pan to the oven for an 50mins:
Take baking pan out, sprinkle top of the loaf with shredded cheese:
Put the pan back to the oven for 10 mins more, then remove pan again and let it sit for 10 mins:
