Instructions:
Add 10 g of yeast, add 5 g of sugar and pour 200ml of warm water in a bowl. Mix, cover and leave for 10 minutes until the yeast is activated. Then add 5 g of salt, 500 g of flour and knead the dough (you will need to add warm water). Finally add 50 g of oil and stir. Knead the dough until the mass doubles.
