Low Carb Jack O’Lantern Dip


  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 tbs finely chopped black olives


Spread the cream cheese onto a heat-safe plate.

Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top of the cream cheese, adding a little extra at the top for a stalk.

To make the jack o’lantern detail, use the olives to form eyes, nose, mouth etc.

Place the plate under the broiler until the shredded cheese has melted. Serve immediately.
