Fried Chicken with Lemon and Rosemary
- 1 piece of chicken
- 100 ml of olive oil
- Half a lemon
- 2 branches of rosemary
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt, pepper
- Mix together the oil, lemon juice, coarsely chopped rosemary and garlic cut in half.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Pack the four sliced chicken in the marinade and refrigerate overnight.
- Cover with foil and place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees and bake for 1 hour, then remove the foil and leave in the oven for another 20 minutes.
