  • 1 piece of chicken
  • 100 ml of olive oil
  • Half a lemon
  • 2 branches of rosemary
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Salt, pepper


  1. Mix together the oil, lemon juice, coarsely chopped rosemary and garlic cut in half.
  2. Add salt and pepper.
  3. Pack the four sliced ​​chicken in the marinade and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Cover with foil and place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees and bake for 1 hour, then remove the foil and leave in the oven for another 20 minutes.
