Feta Cheese Ball and Freshly Baked Cornbread
Ingredients:
Cornbread
- Corn flour
- Salt
- Water
- Oil
Cheese ball
- Feta cheese
- Sesame seeds
- Basil leaves
Instruction:
Cornbread
Put corn flour in a bowl, Add salt, water and mix them and bake in oven on circle shape metal.
Cheese Ball
In a bowl, mix together Feta cheese and garlic.
Use a 1 teaspoon measuring spoon and use it like an ice cream scoop to take out about 1.5 tsp of Feta cheese and try to keep the balls size uniform.
Roll the cheese between the palms of your hands until round.
Roll the balls in the seeds and either place all on a plate with sesame and basil leaves.
