Mayonnaise Eggplant Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 large eggplant
  • 3-4 green onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • A small bunch of fresh coriander
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions: 

  • Prepare the Ingredients:
    Gather all the ingredients and ensure they’re ready for use. 
  • Cut the Eggplant:
