Flaky Cinnamon Walnut Croissants Ingredients: 1 egg 50g sugar 50g Walnuts 50g Almonds 30g Raisin cinnamon Puff dough Instructions: Chop Walnuts and Almonds Leftover egg whites and yolks. Mix egg white with mixer. When it gets soft and fluffy, add sugarand stir. Add chopped walnuts and almonds. Add cinnamon and raisin. Make a circle with layered dough and press the shape of a triangle. Place tablespoon of mixture on wide end of each triangle.
