Baked Squash With Chestnut and Honey
Pre heat your pan to 180c. Remove the seeds of the squashes and cut on circle. Place the slice of squash on the pan and rub with the olive oil. Bake for 60 – 90 minutes, or until tender inside and caramelized on the outside.
Before the squash cooks, time to make filling. Place the roasted chestnut and raisins in the bowl, add honey and stir. Set aside.
