Ingredients:
For the skewers: 1 1/2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces, 1/4 cup + 2 T chopped fresh cilantro, 1/4 cup coconut cream or plain yogurt, 1 Tablespoon avocado oil, 2 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
