Delicious Beef Tartare Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 600g of grass-fed filet mignon (or another great quality piece. Ask your butcher if needed.)
  • 2 thinly chopped French shallots
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp. chopped capers
  • 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 puréed garlic cloves
  • hot sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 egg yolks

Instructions:

1. Chop the meat in tiny pieces with a very sharp knife.

3. Add the beef and mix. Taste your delicious tartare. You can add mustard, hot sauce or salt and pepper if you want to.
